About the Manufacturer

Solutia's Performance Films division has in excess of 700,000 square feet (70,000 m2) of manufacturing space designated for the production and enhancement of polyester films. Many of the manufacturing areas are enclosed in dedicated clean room facilities. Production capabilities include color dyeing, sputtering, metallizing, solution coating, laminating, and slitting.

Recognizing that many differences exist throughout the world in relation to building codes, auto tint laws, climatic conditions, design preferences, and glazing systems, we have developed a custom order program. Utilizing our base capabilities, Solutia is able to meet the unique needs of our Vista™ dealers to exacting specifications.

Solutia is the only manufacturer with the ability to produce a complete line of solar and security window films under one roof. Our company is dedicated to making continuous investments in machinery, technology, and employee training to remain at the forefront of the industry.

Solutia's Performance Films division, formerly CPFilms, has been in business for more than half a century. As the inventors of the deep dyeing process for polyester films, we have led the window film industry for over two decades and used our window film technology base to extend our product offerings into many complementary applications.
